Pond Design | Adding Other Garden Features in the Landscape

Although these features fit in perfectly with general principles employed on this site, it is imperative that if they are required they be incorporated in the plan right from the start especially the beach.

There is no doubt that in the right environment a deck can also add great character and value to a water feature. It also becomes an excellent vantage point where you can wile away many hours.

Beaches are essential for all wildlife or conservationist ponds and bog gardens are for those plants that love wet feet or those parts of the garden that are always wet..
